CargoArc Shipment Status Board

CargoArc Logistics Software defines an internal reference board for staff to understand where each shipment and operations file stands. It connects the service-lane, quote/booking, shipment-timeline, document-checklist, customer-intake, and operations-file foundations without live data, tracking integrations, persistence, or a dashboard engine.

Status board columns

  • New Intake — A new customer or shipment intake awaits review.
  • Quote Pending — Quote preparation or review is pending.
  • Booking Pending — Booking review or confirmation is pending.
  • Documents Pending — Required shipment documents are outstanding.
  • Compliance Review — Customs/compliance readiness is under manual review. Readiness/sandbox/mock only. No live customs filing is performed.
  • Pickup Scheduled — Cargo pickup or receiving has been scheduled.
  • Cargo Received — Cargo has been received into operations.
  • Warehouse / Staging — Cargo is in warehouse handling or staging.
  • Carrier / Port / Terminal — Cargo is in a carrier, port, or terminal operation stage. Reference status only. No carrier, port, or terminal integration is performed.
  • In Transit — The operations file is at the in-transit reference stage.
  • On Hold — Progress is paused pending review or action.
  • Released — The cargo has reached the released reference stage.
  • Delivered — Delivery is recorded as complete in the reference workflow.
  • Closed — Operational activity is closed for the file.
  • Cancelled — The shipment or operations file is cancelled.
  • Exception — An exception requires attention or manual review.

  • Commercial — Quote and booking commercial status.
  • Documentation — Required-document readiness status.
  • Compliance — Customs/compliance readiness status.
  • Operations — Pickup, receiving, and execution status.
  • Warehouse — Warehouse handling and staging status.
  • Carrier — Carrier, port, or terminal reference status.
  • Transit — In-transit reference status.
  • Destination — Arrival, release, and delivery status.
  • Billing / Closeout — Billing reference and operational closeout status.
  • Exception — Hold, cancellation, or exception status.

Priority levels

  • Normal — No immediate intervention is indicated.
  • Attention Needed — Staff review or follow-up is needed.
  • Urgent — Prompt staff action is required.
  • Critical Hold — Progress must remain paused for critical manual review.

  • Exception Type — Filter by operation exception type.
  • Assigned Staff — Filter by assigned internal staff reference.
